10. Adheres to stringent cleaning standards, in compliance with ASTM G93C and degreased per CGA G-4.1.

11. Tested under rigorous conditions: 1000 psi compressed air ensures robustness. For use above 1000 psi, adjustments are recommended to prevent leakage.

Important Information about Ball Valves

1. Ideal for instrumentation, these ball valves thrive in alternating temperatures from 10ºC to 65ºC, handling constant temperatures up to 90ºC. Low-temperature compensation type supports -10ºC to 65ºC.

2. Designed for precision, the six-way ball valve operates exclusively in fully open or fully closed positions.

3. Note: Initial operating torque may be higher if the ball valve hasn't been used for a period.

4. Keep in mind that excessive alternating temperatures can reduce the initial packing sealing force of instrumentation ball valves.

5. Packing adjustments may be necessary during the valve's lifecycle, especially if a significant drop in handle torque is noticed, to prevent leakage.

Testing

Six-way ball valves undergo 100% pressure testing with 500 psig (3.4 bar) nitrogen before shipment.

Other series of ball valves are comprehensively factory-tested to withstand 7MPa nitrogen pressure.
