Product Features
1. Maximum operating pressure up to 2500 psi (172 bar).
2. Operating temperature range: 10°C ~ 65°C (50°F ~ 150°F).
3. One-piece construction of the female body effectively prevents leakage.
4. Flow paths indicated by handle direction and 120° interval are connected in two, see illustration.
5. The interface form is: NPT thread.
6. The two-position six-way ball valve is used to control the conversion of three inlet and outlet flow paths.
7. The handle is equipped with a positioning spring pin, which can make the orifice accurately positioned.
8. Panel mounting is available.
9. Excellent top packing seal ensures reliable sealing. Top gland design makes the valve adjustable in-line.
10. Cleaned in accordance with ASTM G93C, degreased in accordance with CGA G-4.1.
11. Factory test condition: 1000 psi compressed air (use pressures above 1000 psi should be adjusted to prevent leakage).
Important information about ball valves
1. Instrumentation ball valves are only suitable for alternating operating temperatures in the temperature range of 10ºC~65ºC and constant operating temperatures up to 90ºC; (the alternating operating temperature of the low-temperature compensation type is -10ºC~65ºC)
(The low temperature compensation type has an alternating operating temperature of -10ºC~65ºC)
2. The design of the six-way ball valve is limited to fully open or fully closed position operation;
3. The initial operating torque will be higher when the ball valve has not been operated on or off for a period of time;
4. instrumentation ball valves will lose their initial packing sealing force due to excessive alternating temperatures;
5. Packing adjustment may be required during the valve's service life to prevent leakage, especially if a significant reduction in handle torque is observed.
Testing
Six-way ball valves are 100% pressure tested with 500 psig (3.4 bar) nitrogen prior to shipment;
The remaining series of ball valves are 100% factory tested to 7MPa nitrogen pressure;

Products are 100% cleaned and packaged prior to shipment according to Chavez Standard Q-CVS-020-2011;
